And so I decided to discuss with you guys about under-eye care which we people often forget as we think that it is nothing important at all. And as a result dark circles and under-eye puffiness. Today with the use of gadgets and mobile phones almost a whole of 24 hours, under-eye care can't be avoided as looking at the screen for a continuous time span of 3-4 hours leads our eyes to stress which results in the formation of under-eye bags. But this is not the only reason. There are many other mistakes that we must be committing in our daily lifestyle causing itchy and dark eyes. Other reasons can be:

UCUMBER: We all know that this formula works like heaven on dark circles & under-eye puffiness. Cucumber has anti-inflammatory properties and store of anti-oxidants that helps in skin lightening. Cucumber is a hydrating agent and is rich in Vitamin K thus using it over eyes will help to hydrate your stressed eyes and strengthen your under-eye capillaries to avoid itchiness and redness.

All you have to do is cut thick slices of cucumber & refrigerate it for 30 minutes. Place them on your closed eyes and keep them for 10-15 minutes. Now get them off. This will soothe and calm your eyes to avoid puffiness & also lighten your under-eye area waking it up with energy.
 

GREEN TEA BAGS: Green tea bags are well known for their antioxidant properties. Not only drinking green tea is helpful for your healthy lifestyle but it is also beneficial for the eyes. Refrigerate it for at least 30 minutes and place it on your closed eyes & keep it for 15 minutes like cucumber. Now your eyes are all set with freshness and tend to be more lively. 

You can keep your used tea bags for 1-2 days for further use on the eyes. Believe me, it gonna actually bring a big difference in reducing your eye bags. And the most important part is you don't have to do much for using this method except drinking green tea which will actually keep you healthy. UNDER-EYE CREAM: Using an under-eye cream daily is the most effective way to reduce dark circles. We often miss this step in our skincare which actually forms the most important step in a daily skincare regimen. You will not get instant results to say it 1 or 2 days but yes you can see the considerable difference in 2 weeks or 1-month time span.   3. If due to staring at the screen for long hours your eyes feel itchy and irritated due to dryness, use eye drops. This can help your eyes to get moisturized again. If your eye muscles are weak then using it daily will be a great help. But first, consult a doctor for it
  4. Take small screen breaks to avoid pressurizing your eyes.
  5. Try to include a diet that is rich in Vitamin E (almonds, peanuts, etc.) and Vitamin K (pomegranate, tomatoes, etc.).
  6. Regular eye exercises will help to reduce eye stress and dark circles. 
  7. Try to use sunglasses during sun exposure.
